Financial assistance
Financial assistance of Rs.2 lakhs will be sanctioned from the Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund to the parents of each of the class 10 students who were studying in Mary Matha Higher Secondary School who died after being hit by car at Neelippara in Thrissr-Palakkad National Highway on 18/10/2024. Mohammad Isam and Mohammad Roshan are the students who were died.
Financial assistance of Rs.2 lakhs each will be sanctioned from the Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund to the parents of Kristal C, the 7th standard student who died while undergoing treatment after collapsing during the sports competition held at St.Philomena’s High School in Arpookara Grama Panchayat, Ettumanoor on 2th August 2024.
Approval was given to sanction Rs.6,47,136/- from the Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund towards taking Immunoglobulin injection as the follow up treatment for one year and handover it to Kerala Medical Services Corporation. The department of Health & Family Welfare was directed take follow up decision as per the 2021 national policy for treatment of rare diseases for assistance in future treatment.
Rs.5 lakh financial assistance was sanctioned to M P Muraleedharan Managing Director, Kannur Metro daily published under North Malabar Media Printing & Publishing Company for the damage occurred to the organisation due the destruction of the press and allied equipment in flood of August 2019.

Tender for Rs.10,71,10,930/- related to the construction work of Padiyilkadav bridge in Kannur district, was approved.

Quotation amount of Rs.7,56,11,922 related to the construction of bridge at Vanchipottil kadav across Adi Pampa in Aranmula and Chengannur constituencies was approved.
Land allotment
Three cents of land will be allotted as part of rehabilitation package from the 17.86 Are land acquired by GIDA to the people who are eligible to get rehabilitation land among those who will be displaced while Goshree Islands Development Authority (GIDA) acquires 0.92923 hectors of land in Ezhikkara and Kadamakkudy villages in Ernakulam for building Kadamakkudy – Chathanadu bridge and approach road.
Exemption of stamp duty and registration fee
An amount of Rs.21,37,610, which consists of stamp duty and registration fees required for document registration will be exempted towards handing over the ownership rights of 1 hector 61 Are 94 sq. meter property in block number 62 which is under the ownership of Kattappana municipality to the Regional Director, ESI Corporation Thrissur for establishing a 100-bedded hospital in Kattappana.
