to Sri. Krishnan and Smt. Yesodha on July 10, 935 at
Paravoor in Kollam. Joined in the communist party at
the age of 19. Jailed during the emergency for 19 months.
A veteran trade union activist and leader, he is currently
member of CPI (M) Central Committee and State Secretariat.
CITU National Vice President since 2003. Got elected
from Kollam constituency.
