Reply to leader of opposition on smart city

The SMART CITY Agreement was signed on May 13, 2007. The Leader of Opposition, Sri. Oommen Chandy has come out with the serious allegation that the Government made last minute changes in the agreement after the Cabinet giving final approval to the agreement. Sri. Oommen Chandy also stated that the last minute changes made in the agreement has resulted in huge loss to the State. Sri. Chandy had sent an open letter to the Chief Minister asking 6 questions on the agreement. He had also stated that if the CM is not replying to the his questions, he will be forced to reveal the 'Secret agenda' of the CM. Sri. Chandy also stated that the Web site of the CM is being misutilised for political gains.
