Approval for Projects under RKI
A number of proposals submitted by various departments under the Rebuild Kerala Initiative have been approved in principle. Among them are the construction of groynes in Thotapalli Pozhimukham, ecological regeneration in degraded forests, and a drinking water project in Kottarakkara. ₹7.83 crores will be given as revised amount for setting up septage treatment plant in Cherthala Municipality.

Extended the Service Period
The tenure of Venu Rajamony, Government’s Officer on Special Duty in Delhi, has been extended by one year from 17.09.2022.

Cancellation Deeds for Lease Deeds and Sub-lease Deeds in IT Parks will be given concession from Stamp Duty and Registration fees.

Due to its status as an industry in distress, Beedi Cooperatives in Kerala will be given concession from the ESI scheme only for the application period.

Plot for Building Homeo Dispensary
20 cents of government land at Kulathur village in Kasargod district will be allocated for building an office for a Homeo dispensary. The land will be allocated for Bedadka gramapachanyat under the price conditions of ₹100 for Are.

Approval for Draft of Kerala Public Health Ordinance
Cabinet decided to approve the Kerala Public Health Draft Ordinance and also came to the consensus of recommending the Governor to promulgate it.

Fixed the Fares for Raw Materials to be allocated for KPPL
The Cabinet set the fare to be charged when allocating forest raw materials to Kerala Paper Products Limited. For the first year, 24,000 metric tonnes of Eucalyptus, Acacia auriculiformis, Acacia manchium, Bamboo, Reed, etc. will be allocated at a cost of ₹500 per metric ton. Approval of its working plan should be obtained within next three months.
