Assembly session to begin from 5th December
It was decided to recommend Hon’ble Governor to convene the 7th session of the 15th Assembly of Kerala from 5th December onwards.
Long term agreement – anomaly shall be resolved
It was decided to resolve the anomaly in implementing the long term agreement of the subordinate service employees of Travancore Titanium Products ltd.
Approval to purchase new vehicles
It was decided to extend approval for buying new Innova Crysta cars for the official purposes of Kerala High Court judges.
Appointment
It was decided to create the post of Economic Advisor to the Vice Chairman of Kerala State Planning Board, on Co-terminus basis. It was further decided to appoint M T Sindhu, currently working as the Joint Director in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India, in the post, on deputation basis for a period of three years.
Decision to make amendment applicable
It was decided to make the amendment brought in the designation and qualifications required, with regard to the post of speech therapist, in case of the speech therapist’s post created in the Nilambur Buds School for the Hearing Impaired, as well.
Pay Revision
It was decided to whet the order brought out to partially amend order which approved implementation of the 7th Pay Revision to the employees of the Regional Cancer Centre, Trivandrum.
The 7th pay revision shall be sanctioned to the academic/non-academic employees of Malabar Cancer Centre, subject to the relevant norms regarding this.
Service tenure extended
It was decided to extend the service tenure of the temporary employees appointed for expediting the settlement of applications received for change in land use as per the ‘Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act’. As soon as their current tenure of service reaches completion of 179 days, it shall be extended for a further period of 179 days with a day’s gap.
