The Kerala Industrial Policy 2023 approved
The Kerala Industrial Policy 2023 was approved. The industrial eco-system of the state will be equipped to address the challenges of the changing times. It is a comprehensive policy, which is helpful in creating a sustainable industrial ecosystem by attracting investments in large scale and by nurturing innovative ideas.

Issuance of title
It was decided give permanent title in the name of 135 land possession holders in Morazha village, Taliparamba taluk in Kannur where temporary title was issued in the year 1958 for 28 acres of land.
It is realised by considering it as a special case as per the clause 21(2) of the ‘Assignment of Land within Municipal-Corporation Area Rules 1995’. .

Financial assistance
It was decided to sanction Rs.2 lakhs from the Chief Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund to Harshina K.K, who have alleged that a surgical scissor was left inside her belly during the surgery related to delivery in the Medical College, Kozhikode.
It was further decided to conduct a police inquiry into the case as the two inquiries conducted by the Department of Health failed to unearth the circumstances in which the surgery equipment got stuck inside the belly.

Renewal of administrative sanction
A renewed administrative sanction will be given to the 11.2 km long Kochi Metro Rail project phase2, from JLN Stadium to Infopark via Kakanad, for Rs.1957,05,00,000 (Rupees One thousand nine hundred & fifty seven crores and five lakhs) including the state share of Rs.1571,05,00,000 (One thousand five hundred & seventy one crores and five lakhs) .

Appointment of retired judges
It was decided give permission to appoint retired judges in the vacancies of judges in various family courts. As such A Haris (Vatakara), K.R.Madhukumar(Neyyattinkara), E.C.Harigovindan(Ottappalam), S.Sharatchandran(Kunnamkulam) and V.N.Vijayakumar(Kasargode) will be appointed to the said posts of judges.

Government Pleader
K.N.Jayakumar will be appointed as the Kozhikode district Government Pleader & Public Prosecutor
